Teleconsultation

For patients seeking psychiatric diagnosis or treatment remotely or anonymously, the following modes of consultation are available, per patients’ preference:

  • Over phone: Audio or Voice Call
  • Over text chat: Using SMS or messenger or whatsapp
  • Over video call: Using Whatsapp or Skype or Zoom
  • Over email
 

To avail teleconsultation services, the consultation fee is required to be paid in advance (no refund option available)

  1. Fee amount is Rs 1000/- for 25 mins or Rs 2000/- for 50 mins of consultation
  2. Pay fees online here
  3. Cash Deposit or Account Transfer can be done to either of the the following accounts (favoring ‘Maneesh Gupta’):

Once the payment is successful:

  1. Email or call (details here) with the following
    • Payment details – date of payment, mode of payment (Card, Netbanking) and a payment reference number
    • Preferred mode, date and time of teleconsultation
  2. Confirmation of the appointment for the consultation session will be provided subsequently
  3. Most remote appointments are scheduled on Monday, Thursday and/or Saturday afternoon (2-4 PM)
  4. Privacy Promise: Patient details will not be shared with any 3rd party and the doctor will maintain the highest standards of confidentiality
